Some Hearts



Some hearts beat to a different drummer,
Strings that lead to a sound of wonder,
You know the song, that sings & brings your love to you.



I Walked alone,  felt so out of tune,
I skipped the beat, I quit too soon,
All I had was blues, ‘till I heard, I heard  the sound
A band was playing in the park,
I had to stop, I felt the spark,
looked inside and heard the band, the band that played in me 


Some minds skip to a different rhythm,
A  thousand tunes, a created  vision,
A sound so clear you know it must, it must be true,

Some souls rock to a different roller,
A roll that rocks to a different thunder,
A Light that strikes so close, you know, you know what to do.

Some folks dance to a different motion,
Full of life, full of,  emotion,
A voice that rings the bell and asks, “what’s true for you?”

I like this piece. Until now, I still wonder why people never understand why I don't dance but prefer to sing. I think we all need to realise that we're all different and that we have different needs and are responsible for them.

And yes,

Some hearts beat to a different drummer,
Strings that lead to a sound of wonder,
You know the song that sings & brings your love to you.

this was the best part of it so far.
