This is from the first page of the script JFK. I always wondered about that famous Ike speech. Did he have a change of heart of something? Ike let the CIA run amuck during his tenure with all their coup’s, Jesus, Allen Dulles was a madman. Jack Kennedy enters the office with his brother Bobby and they are ready to invade Cuba and at the last minute Jack says, “Nah, I’m not going to send in an air strike, I’m not going to roll over for Allen Dulles.” The Bay of Pigs fiasco was the beginning of the end of the Kennedy dynasty. I think Jack was set up to fail, he didn’t go along with the “master plan” I guess.
Well, what we should do now class is to examine the movie JFK.
I’m kind of curious as to how the movie JFK became a reality for Oliver Stone. Here is how I think it all went down;
INT: WARNER BROTHERS STUDIO – EXECUTIVE OFFICE – DAY
Oliver Stone enters the office of some big wig executive at Warner Brothers.

Ollie is walking to his car when out of nowhere a black van comes screeching to a stop right in front of him. The side- sliding side door opens. Two men jump out of the van. One man puts a hood over Stone’s head then both men toss Ollie in the van. We see the van take off.
INT: CIA SAFEHOUSE – INTERRIGATION ROOM – SAME DAY
The two men who kidnapped Ollie throw him down in a chair and remove his hood. Ollie is almost blinded by the bright lights over his head.

The other agent goes over and pours himself a cup of coffee. He walks over to Ollie and pulls up a chair right in front of him.

Gary Cornwell, Bob Buras, and I interviewed Bill Gurvitch
at his home on the night of November 7th.
Gurvitch was asked at the outset to provide a running
account of his work as Garrison's chief investigator during
the early months of the Garrison probe, and to do so in a
roughly chronological fashion.
Gurvitch also mentioned that he had been the investigator
who had later obtained affidavits indicating that Garrison
had sexually molested a 15 year old boy in the New Orleans
Athletic club in about 1970. Gurvitch stated that his
involvement in this episode came about because he was a
member of the club and heard of the story from the father
of the boy involved. Gurvitch stated that he secured
affidavits from the boy, his father, and the boy's brother,
and tried to get the city authorities to press charges
against Garrison. He stated that the authorities wouldn't
touch the case however, and the boy's father was reluctant
to make the alleged incident public. Gurvitch stated that
the boy and his father and brother stated that Garrison
seemed to be in a drugged state upon emerging from the
sauna room facilities after making the alleged sexual
advance.
Bill Gurvitch’s detective agency was highly respected both in New Orleans and the entire country back in the ‘60’s and ‘70’s so what he tells the interviewer is highly credible.
Ho, ho, ho Green Giant! Jim Garrison stood six feet six inches tall and according to Harrison the author of High Treason II. Ol’ Jim liked the young boys. There is a famous line in the movie, “We’re gazing through the looking glass people, black is white and white is black etc.” According to Harrison’s book, “through the looking glass” is an expression describing a homosexual lifestyle. The more I research the JFK assassination I come to find out everybody is gay. The easiest way to discredit somebody back in the early sixties is to say, “he is a homo” she is a “lesbo.” Well, let’s take a look at who is gay and who is straight. I’m not going to make a point here regarding homosexuality and how it ties in with the JFK assassination.
LEE HARVEY OSWALD: Not gay. He married Marina over in Russia and she is pretty damn cute if you ask me. Marina was abused as a child and Lee abused her however according to Lee’s handler, George de Morhenschildt, Marina deserved a sock in the nose because she was always nagging Lee, tormenting Lee to point where Lee had to move out of the damn house. Marina mentioned to George and his wife that Lee was no damn good in bed. Thanks for sharing Marina, I think she was in on the plot to kill Kennedy. Her testimony before the Warren Commission is all over the place. “he did it he didn’t do it.”
They probably told her what to say anyway. I love how these debunkers of the JFK conspiracy always reference the Warren Commission. “Hey that’s not true because according to the Warren Commission, blah, blah, blah,” Bullshit, the Warren Commission’s final report is total fiction. propaganda but he did get one thing right when he talks about how commissions are formed to cover things up. Study all of the Commissions going as far back as the Roberts Commission that investigated Pearl Harbor all the way up to the 9/11 Commission.

Now according to a woman by the name of Silvia Duran who worked in the Cuban Embassy in Mexico City said she had an affair with Lee Harvey Oswald when he was down there in October of 1963. Another woman by the name of Judyth Vary Baker who was married at the time, had an affair with Lee Harvey Oswald in New Orleans; “Oh I fell in love with Lee, it was love at first sight.” I’ve seen pics of all these gals and they were all hot back in the day. Jesus, they make Oswald out ot be some kind of James frickin Bond for cryin out loud. Duran’s story is crap because she described Lee as being 5’3’’ tall with blue eyes and blond hair. I don’t think Oswald was in Mexico City and as far as the Vary-Baker story goes, it’s a lie.
JACK LEON RUBINSTIEN aka JACK RUBY. I didn’t read the massive book, Legacy of Secrecy that came out last year however I did look through some of it at Barnes and Nobles and according to that book Ruby was gay.
DAVID FARRIE, gay Dave, supposedly knew Oswald, supposedly had a meeting with Oswald and Clay Shaw in New Orleans to assassinate JFK. Dave supposedly was murdered right before he was to testify before the Jim Garrison investigation. David Farrie was born in Cleveland, Ohio.
CLAY SHAW, gay, Garrison was going down the wrong road with his investigation by linking Clay Shaw to the assassination. Perhaps Jim wanted to go down on Clay!
J EDGAR HOOVER, gay and so was his deputy director, Clive Toleson. J Edgar and Clive were luva’s. Oh yeah and the Mafia knew it all too well. J Edgar liked to place some heavy bets on the ponies only if the mob fixed the betting of course. Mr. Hoover always said; “There is no such thing as organized crime.” This is where LBJ enters the picture in the assassination. Other than the military complex and the big oil men, what two important figures benefited the most from the assassination? Yep, Hoover and Johnson made out big time. First of all Johnson wasn’t going to be on the ticket by 1964 and Hoover was toast because Bobby couldn’t stand the man. Secondly, Johnson was going to jail because of the Bobby Baker scandal and the Billy Sol Estes scandal. Anyway, Hoover had the goods on Johnson, Kennedy is eliminated, Hoover keeps his job and all of Johnson’s scandals magically disappear, November 22nd 1963.
All right so the movie JFK is pretty accurate because Ollie didn’t tell the CIA he was going to base the movie on another book; “Crossfire” by Jim Marrs. I read Jim’s book and okay he does bring up some crazy ideas like the “Umbrella Man.” The hobo’s on the train as being E Howard Hunt, Frank Sturgis, and Woody Harrelson’s father whatever but none of it is true. E Howard Hunt and Frank Sturgis are both or where full of shit if you ask me. For one thing according to Gaeton Fonzi Frank Sturgis didn’t drink at all, alcohol that is. I’m sorry but I don’t trust anyone who doesn’t drink “at all.” But holy shit Frank Sturgis was one bad mo-fo yeah him and David Morales could rip your heart out with their bare hands and show it to you before you die. They were real Rambo’s bros.

The Mr. X in the movie played by Donald Sutherland should be Richard Case Nagell who Jim Garrison did meet back in 1968 but for some reason Ollie wanted to use L Fletcher Prouty’s take on the assassination, whom Jim did talk to over the phone once but he never actually met him so just call him Mr. X. Dick Nagell, I don’t know if he is full of crap or not but if you want to read all about him check out the book, “The Man Who Knew Too Much” by Dick Ruseell. Prouty on the other hand, knew how the system works because he worked for the state department so did Nagell but Fletch is da man.
One thing about the movie I just realized is the year it came out, 1991. The “Cold War” ended in 1990 so I figure Warner Brothers probably said, “okay since the “Cold War” is over and there is no more tension between the Superpowers then what the hell, let Stone make his movie. Then after the movie came out all these books came out on the assassination and some of the researchers just blasted Stone’s movie. Johnny Roselli was in the mob of course and to name the big mob bosses back then we had Carlos Marcello who ran the New Orleans branch. Sam Giancana took over for Al Capone in Chicago and Santos Trafficante ran all the illegal gambling in Florida but the head of it all back then was Meyer Lansky, he is Hyman Roth in the movie The Godfather II. Now, it has been confirmed in two books well three books, “Legacy of Ashes, The History of The CIA”, “Havana Nocturne” and “Legacy of Secrecy” that Santos Trafficante was a spy for Castro. He made a deal to run heroin into Cuba according to the Legacy of Secrecy book but I don’t think that is all true. I think Castro paid Santos big bucks for his information. Carlos Marcello was at the Clint Murchison meeting the night before the assassination. The supposed meeting, but according to Madeline Duncan Brown, (LBJ’s Luva ) she was there and after the meeting LBJ came out of the room and said, “After tomorrow those fuckin Kennedy’s will never embarrass me again.” Bobby and Jack used to call him “Old Cornpone.” Who else was at his meeting? JFK Controversy
In the 1990s interest in Lansdale was sparked, in part, by the inclusion of a character named "General Y" in the 1991 Oliver Stone film JFK. It was implied that Lansdale was "General Y", the operational head of the assassination of President John F. Kennedy on November 22, 1963. This hypothesis was inspired by questions raised about Lansdale's presence in Dealey Plaza by a former colleague, L. Fletcher Prouty, who claimed to have recognized Lansdale in a photograph taken that day by a Dallas Morning News photographer immediately after the assassination. The photo allegedly shows Lansdale walking away from "the three tramps" [1] who were arrested by Dallas police. L. Fletcher Prouty worked next door to Lansdale for 9 years and recognized the shape of his head, class ring and the stoop in his walk. The third tramp's body is blocked from view but for his feet. Although many speculative identities for the "tramps" have been offered, Prouty's identification of Lansdale has been corroborated by Lt. General Victor H. Krulak. Daniel Ellsberg, a consultant to Oliver Stone on JFK and former subordinate of Lansdale's, claims to have told Stone not to include this in the script, believing Lansdale to be innocent of the allegations.
General Edward Landsdale worked for both the military and the CIA. General Cabell got fired by Kennedy along with Allen Dulles and Richard Bissell of the CIA right after the Bay of Pigs fiasco. Mayor Cabell of Dallas and General Cabell were brothers. Yes, the fake defection program did get Oswald into Russia and they fried his brain over there or they did it at the Naval base at Atsugi, Japan. This is interesting because I read a declassified MKULTRA doc online regarding the use of LSD-25. I forgot to mention you need a file viewer tool on your computer to view these docs. At work they have I think it’s called, Windows document and file viewer. I can print out the docs but I can’t copy and paste them. I’ll give you the highlights of this doc.

11. Most LSD obtained by the CIA comes from the Eli Lilly Company in Indianapolis Indiana. The Eli Lilly Company apparently makes a gift of it to CIA. Dr. Gibbons (chief of TSS) was not certain whether the company brought it here, to a cut-out arrangement, or whether it was picked up in Indianapolis.
A “cut-out” is a front company or a go-between a buffer if you will.

Stratton interviewed a man by the name of Ike Friedman who worked for “The Company.”
Ira “Ike” Feldman is the only person still alive who worked directly under the legendary George Hunter White in MK-ULTRA. The program began in 1953 amid growing fear of the Soviet Union’s potential for developing alternative weaponry. The atomic bomb was a sinister threat, but more terrifying still were possible Soviet assaults on the mind and body from within — through drugs and disease. In an attempt to preempt foreign attacks and even wage its own assaults, the CIA funded a group of renegade agents to experiment with ways to derail a human being.
“The LSD,” Feldman began, “that was just the tip of the iceberg. Write this down. Espionage. Assassinations. Dirty tricks. Drug experiments. Sexual encounters and the study of prostitutes for clandestine use. That's what I was doing when I worked for George White and the CIA.”
“It all began because the CIA knew the Russians had this LSD shit and they were afraid the KGB was using it to brainwash agents,” Feldman told me. “They were worried they might dump it in the water supply and drive everybody wacky. They wanted us to find out if we could actually use it as a truth serum.”
Actually, it all began with a mistake. In 1951, Allen Dulles, later appointed director of Central Intelligence, received a report from military sources that the Russians had bought 50 million doses of a new drug from Sandoz Pharmaceuticals in Basel, Switzerland. A follow-up memo stated that Sandoz had an additional ten kilos - about 100 million doses - of the drug, lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD-25), available for sale on the open market
Dulles was alarmed. From the beginning, LSD was lauded by military and intelligence scientists working on chemical warfare compounds and mind-control experiments as the most potent mind-altering substance known to man. “Infinitesimally small amounts of LSD can completely destroy the sanity of a human being for considerable periods of time (or possibly permanently),” stated an October 1953 CIA memo. In the wrong hands, 100 million doses would be enough to sabotage a whole nation's mental equilibrium.
Dulles convened a high-level committee of CIA and Pentagon officials who agreed the agency should buy the entire Sandoz LSD supply lest the KGB acquire it first. Two agents were dispatched to Switzerland with a black bag containing $240,000.
In fact, Sandoz had produced only about 40 grams of LSD in the ten years since its psychoactive features were first discovered by Albert Hofmann. According to a 1975 CIA document, the U.S. Military attaché in Switzerland had miscalculated by a factor of one million in his CIA reports because he did not know the difference between a milligram (1 /1,000 of a gram) and a kilogram (1,000 grams).

Nevertheless, a deal was struck. The CIA would purchase all of Sandoz's potential output of LSD. (Later, when the Eli Lilly Company of Indianapolis perfected a process to synthesize LSD, agency officials insisted on a similar agreement.) An internal CIA memo to Dulles declared the agency would have access to “tonnage quantities.” All that remained was for agency heads to figure out what to do with it.
While with Military Intelligence in Europe, Feldman first heard of George White. “White was with the OSS [Office of Strategic Services, forerunner of the CIA]. I heard stories about him. Donovan [William “Wild Bill” Donovan, founder of the OSS] loved White. White supposedly killed some Japanese spy with his bare hands while he was on assignment in Calcutta. He used to keep a picture of the bloody corpse on the wall in his office.”
They set up shop in San Francisco to do mind control experiments on junkies and hookers.
Posing as Joe Capone, junk dealer and pimp, Feldman infiltrated the seamy North Beach criminal demimonde. “I always wanted to be a gangster,” Feldman told me. “So I was good at it. Before long, I had half a dozen girls working for me. One day, White calls me into his office. ‘Ike,’ he says, ‘you've been doing one hell of a job as an undercover man. Now I'm gonna give you another assignment. We want you to test these mind-bending drugs.’ I said, ‘Why the hell do you want to test mind-bending drugs?’ He said, ‘Have you ever heard of The Manchurian Candidate?’ I know about The Manchurian Candidate. In fact, I read the book. ‘Well,’ White said, ‘that's why we have to test these drugs, to find out if they can be used to brainwash people.’ He says, ‘If we can find out just how good this stuff works, you'll be doing a great deal for your country.’”
The “pad,” as White called the CIA safe house, resembled a playboy's lair, circa 1955. The walls were covered with Toulouse-Lautrec posters of French cancan dancers. In the cabinets were sex toys and photos of manacled women in black fishnet stockings and studded leather halters. White outfitted the place with elaborate bugging equipment, including four microphones disguised as electrical outlets that were connected to tape recorders hidden behind a false wall. While Feldman’s hookers served mind-altering cocktails and frolicked with the johns, White sat on a portable toilet behind the two-way mirror, sipping martinis, watching the experiments, and scribbling notes for his reports to the CIA.
I guess we can thank the CIA for Viagra.
“We tested this stuff they call the Sextender,” Feldman went on. “There was this Russian ship in the harbor. I had a couple of my girls pick up these Russian sailors and bring ’em back to the pad. White wanted to know all kinds of crap, but they weren’t talking. So we had the girls slip ’em this sex drug. It gets your dick up like a rat. Stays up for two hours. These guys went crazy. They f****d these poor girls until they couldn’t walk straight. The girls were complaining they couldn’t take any more screwing. But White found out what he wanted to know. Now this drug, what they call the Sextender, I understand it’s being sold to guys who can't get a hard-on.”
Dick Russell, author of a recent book on the Kennedy assassination titled The Man Who Knew Too Much, uncovers new evidence to support the theory that Lee Harvey Oswald was a product of MK-ULTRA. One of the CIA’s overseas locations for LSD and mindcontrol experiments was Atsugi Naval Air base in Japan where Oswald served as a Marine radar technician. One of the CIA’s mob contacts long suspected of involvement in John Kennedy's assassination was the Las Vegas capo mafioso John Roselli. Roselli had risen to prominence in the Mob by taking over the Annenberg-Ragen wire service at Santa Anita, where Oswald’s killer, Jack Ruby, sold a handicapper’s tip sheet. Ike Feldman told me Roselli was one of White’s many informants.
“On more than one occasion, White sent me to the airport to pick up John Roselli and bring him to the office,” said Feldman. Roselli was originally from Chicago, where White had served as District Supervisor of the Federal Bureau of Narcotics from 1945 through 1947. Following a big opium smuggling bust in 1947, Jack Ruby was picked up and hauled in for interrogation, then later let off the hook by none other than White. This is from the first page of the script JFK. I always wondered about that famous Ike speech. Did he have a change of heart of something? Ike let the CIA run amuck during his tenure with all their coup’s, Jesus, Allen Dulles was a madman. Jack Kennedy enters the office with his brother Bobby and they are ready to invade Cuba and at the last minute Jack says, “Nah, I’m not going to send in an air strike, I’m not going to roll over for Allen Dulles.” The Bay of Pigs fiasco was the beginning of the end of the Kennedy dynasty. I think Jack was set up to fail, he didn’t go along with the “master plan” I guess.
Well, what we should do now class is to examine the movie JFK.
I’m kind of curious as to how the movie JFK became a reality for Oliver Stone. Here is how I think it all went down;

The two men who kidnapped Ollie throw him down in a chair and remove his hood. Ollie is almost blinded by the bright lights over his head.

Gary Cornwell, Bob Buras, and I interviewed Bill Gurvitch
at his home on the night of November 7th.
Gurvitch was asked at the outset to provide a running
account of his work as Garrison's chief investigator during
the early months of the Garrison probe, and to do so in a
roughly chronological fashion.
Gurvitch also mentioned that he had been the investigator
who had later obtained affidavits indicating that Garrison
had sexually molested a 15 year old boy in the New Orleans
Athletic club in about 1970. Gurvitch stated that his
involvement in this episode came about because he was a
member of the club and heard of the story from the father
of the boy involved. Gurvitch stated that he secured
affidavits from the boy, his father, and the boy's brother,
and tried to get the city authorities to press charges
against Garrison. He stated that the authorities wouldn't
touch the case however, and the boy's father was reluctant
to make the alleged incident public. Gurvitch stated that
the boy and his father and brother stated that Garrison
seemed to be in a drugged state upon emerging from the
sauna room facilities after making the alleged sexual
advance.
Bill Gurvitch’s detective agency was highly respected both in New Orleans and the entire country back in the ‘60’s and ‘70’s so what he tells the interviewer is highly credible.
Ho, ho, ho Green Giant! Jim Garrison stood six feet six inches tall and according to Harrison the author of High Treason II. Ol’ Jim liked the young boys. There is a famous line in the movie, “We’re gazing through the looking glass people, black is white and white is black etc.” According to Harrison’s book, “through the looking glass” is an expression describing a homosexual lifestyle. The more I research the JFK assassination I come to find out everybody is gay. The easiest way to discredit somebody back in the early sixties is to say, “he is a homo” she is a “lesbo.” Well, let’s take a look at who is gay and who is straight. I’m not going to make a point here regarding homosexuality and how it ties in with the JFK assassination.

Another woman by the name of Judyth Vary Baker who was married at the time, had an affair with Lee Harvey Oswald in New Orleans; “Oh I fell in love with Lee, it was love at first sight.” I’ve seen pics of all these gals and they were all hot back in the day. Jesus, they make Oswald out ot be some kind of James frickin Bond for cryin out loud. Duran’s story is crap because she described Lee as being 5’3’’ tall with blue eyes and blond hair. I don’t think Oswald was in Mexico City and as far as the Vary-Baker story goes, it’s a lie.

Anyway, Hoover had the goods on Johnson, Kennedy is eliminated, Hoover keeps his job and all of Johnson’s scandals magically disappear, November 22nd 1963.

I read Jim’s book and okay he does bring up some crazy ideas like the “Umbrella Man.” The hobo’s on the train as being E Howard Hunt, Frank Sturgis, and Woody Harrelson’s father whatever but none of it is true. E Howard Hunt and Frank Sturgis are both or where full of shit if you ask me. For one thing according to Gaeton Fonzi Frank Sturgis didn’t drink at all, alcohol that is. The Mr. X in the movie played by Donald Sutherland should be Richard Case Nagell who Jim Garrison did meet back in 1968 but for some reason Ollie wanted to use L Fletcher Prouty’s take on the assassination, whom Jim did talk to over the phone once but he never actually met him so just call him Mr. X. Dick Nagell, I don’t know if he is full of crap or not but if you want to read all about him check out the book, “The Man Who Knew Too Much” by Dick Ruseell. Prouty on the other hand, knew how the system works because he worked for the state department so did Nagell but Fletch is da man.
One thing about the movie I just realized is the year it came out, 1991. The “Cold War” ended in 1990 so I figure Warner Brothers probably said, “okay since the “Cold War” is over and there is no more tension between the Superpowers then what the hell, let Stone make his movie. Then after the movie came out all these books came out on the assassination and some of the researchers just blasted Stone’s movie. JFK Controversy
In the 1990s interest in Lansdale was sparked, in part, by the inclusion of a character named "General Y" in the 1991 Oliver Stone film JFK. It was implied that Lansdale was "General Y", the operational head of the assassination of President John F. Kennedy on November 22, 1963. This hypothesis was inspired by questions raised about Lansdale's presence in Dealey Plaza by a former colleague, L. Fletcher Prouty, who claimed to have recognized Lansdale in a photograph taken that day by a Dallas Morning News photographer immediately after the assassination. The photo allegedly shows Lansdale walking away from "the three tramps" [1] who were arrested by Dallas police. L. Fletcher Prouty worked next door to Lansdale for 9 years and recognized the shape of his head, class ring and the stoop in his walk. The third tramp's body is blocked from view but for his feet. Although many speculative identities for the "tramps" have been offered, Prouty's identification of Lansdale has been corroborated by Lt. General Victor H. Krulak. Daniel Ellsberg, a consultant to Oliver Stone on JFK and former subordinate of Lansdale's, claims to have told Stone not to include this in the script, believing Lansdale to be innocent of the allegations.
General Edward Landsdale worked for both the military and the CIA. General Cabell got fired by Kennedy along with Allen Dulles and Richard Bissell of the CIA right after the Bay of Pigs fiasco. Mayor Cabell of Dallas and General Cabell were brothers. Yes, the fake defection program did get Oswald into Russia and they fried his brain over there or they did it at the Naval base at Atsugi, Japan. This is interesting because I read a declassified MKULTRA doc online regarding the use of LSD-25. I forgot to mention you need a file viewer tool on your computer to view these docs. At work they have I think it’s called, Windows document and file viewer. I can print out the docs but I can’t copy and paste them. I’ll give you the highlights of this doc.

11. Most LSD obtained by the CIA comes from the Eli Lilly Company in Indianapolis Indiana. The Eli Lilly Company apparently makes a gift of it to CIA. Dr. Gibbons (chief of TSS) was not certain whether the company brought it here, to a cut-out arrangement, or whether it was picked up in Indianapolis.
A “cut-out” is a front company or a go-between a buffer if you will.

Stratton interviewed a man by the name of Ike Friedman who worked for “The Company.”
Ira “Ike” Feldman is the only person still alive who worked directly under the legendary George Hunter White in MK-ULTRA. The program began in 1953 amid growing fear of the Soviet Union’s potential for developing alternative weaponry. The atomic bomb was a sinister threat, but more terrifying still were possible Soviet assaults on the mind and body from within — through drugs and disease. In an attempt to preempt foreign attacks and even wage its own assaults, the CIA funded a group of renegade agents to experiment with ways to derail a human being.
“The LSD,” Feldman began, “that was just the tip of the iceberg. Write this down. Espionage. Assassinations. Dirty tricks. Drug experiments. Sexual encounters and the study of prostitutes for clandestine use. That's what I was doing when I worked for George White and the CIA.”
“It all began because the CIA knew the Russians had this LSD shit and they were afraid the KGB was using it to brainwash agents,” Feldman told me. “They were worried they might dump it in the water supply and drive everybody wacky. They wanted us to find out if we could actually use it as a truth serum.”
Actually, it all began with a mistake. In 1951, Allen Dulles, later appointed director of Central Intelligence, received a report from military sources that the Russians had bought 50 million doses of a new drug from Sandoz Pharmaceuticals in Basel, Switzerland. A follow-up memo stated that Sandoz had an additional ten kilos - about 100 million doses - of the drug, lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD-25), available for sale on the open market
Dulles was alarmed. From the beginning, LSD was lauded by military and intelligence scientists working on chemical warfare compounds and mind-control experiments as the most potent mind-altering substance known to man. “Infinitesimally small amounts of LSD can completely destroy the sanity of a human being for considerable periods of time (or possibly permanently),” stated an October 1953 CIA memo. In the wrong hands, 100 million doses would be enough to sabotage a whole nation's mental equilibrium.
Dulles convened a high-level committee of CIA and Pentagon officials who agreed the agency should buy the entire Sandoz LSD supply lest the KGB acquire it first. Two agents were dispatched to Switzerland with a black bag containing $240,000.
In fact, Sandoz had produced only about 40 grams of LSD in the ten years since its psychoactive features were first discovered by Albert Hofmann. According to a 1975 CIA document, the U.S. Military attaché in Switzerland had miscalculated by a factor of one million in his CIA reports because he did not know the difference between a milligram (1 /1,000 of a gram) and a kilogram (1,000 grams).

Nevertheless, a deal was struck. The CIA would purchase all of Sandoz's potential output of LSD. (Later, when the Eli Lilly Company of Indianapolis perfected a process to synthesize LSD, agency officials insisted on a similar agreement.) An internal CIA memo to Dulles declared the agency would have access to “tonnage quantities.” All that remained was for agency heads to figure out what to do with it.
While with Military Intelligence in Europe, Feldman first heard of George White. “White was with the OSS [Office of Strategic Services, forerunner of the CIA]. I heard stories about him. Donovan [William “Wild Bill” Donovan, founder of the OSS] loved White. White supposedly killed some Japanese spy with his bare hands while he was on assignment in Calcutta. He used to keep a picture of the bloody corpse on the wall in his office.”
They set up shop in San Francisco to do mind control experiments on junkies and hookers.
Posing as Joe Capone, junk dealer and pimp, Feldman infiltrated the seamy North Beach criminal demimonde. “I always wanted to be a gangster,” Feldman told me. “So I was good at it. Before long, I had half a dozen girls working for me. One day, White calls me into his office. ‘Ike,’ he says, ‘you've been doing one hell of a job as an undercover man. Now I'm gonna give you another assignment. The “pad,” as White called the CIA safe house, resembled a playboy's lair, circa 1955. The walls were covered with Toulouse-Lautrec posters of French cancan dancers. In the cabinets were sex toys and photos of manacled women in black fishnet stockings and studded leather halters. White outfitted the place with elaborate bugging equipment, including four microphones disguised as electrical outlets that were connected to tape recorders hidden behind a false wall. While Feldman’s hookers served mind-altering cocktails and frolicked with the johns, White sat on a portable toilet behind the two-way mirror, sipping martinis, watching the experiments, and scribbling notes for his reports to the CIA.

“We tested this stuff they call the Sextender,” Feldman went on. “There was this Russian ship in the harbor. I had a couple of my girls pick up these Russian sailors and bring ’em back to the pad. White wanted to know all kinds of crap, but they weren’t talking. So we had the girls slip ’em this sex drug. It gets your dick up like a rat. Stays up for two hours. These guys went crazy. They f****d these poor girls until they couldn’t walk straight. The girls were complaining they couldn’t take any more screwing. But White found out what he wanted to know. Now this drug, what they call the Sextender, I understand it’s being sold to guys who can't get a hard-on.”
Dick Russell, author of a recent book on the Kennedy assassination titled The Man Who Knew Too Much, uncovers new evidence to support the theory that Lee Harvey Oswald was a product of MK-ULTRA. One of the CIA’s overseas locations for LSD and mindcontrol experiments was Atsugi Naval Air base in Japan where Oswald served as a Marine radar technician. Russell says that after his book was published, a former CIA counter-intelligence expert called him and said Oswald had been “viewed by the CIA as fitting the psychological profile of someone they were looking for in their MK-ULTRA program,” and that he had been mind-conditioned to defect to the USSR.
Robert Kennedy’s assassin, Sirhan Sirhan, while working as a horse trainer at the Santa Anita race track near Los Angeles, was introduced to hypnosis and the occult by a fellow groom with shadowy connections. Sirhan has always maintained he has no memory of the night he shot Kennedy,
One of the CIA’s mob contacts long suspected of involvement in John Kennedy's assassination was the Las Vegas capo mafioso John Roselli. Roselli had risen to prominence in the Mob by taking over the Annenberg-Ragen wire service at Santa Anita, where Oswald’s killer, Jack Ruby, sold a handicapper’s tip sheet. Ike Feldman told me Roselli was one of White’s many informants.
“On more than one occasion, White sent me to the airport to pick up John Roselli and bring him to the office,” said Feldman. Roselli was originally from Chicago, where White had served as District Supervisor of the Federal Bureau of Narcotics from 1945 through 1947. Following a big opium smuggling bust in 1947, Jack Ruby was picked up and hauled in for interrogation, then later let off the hook by none other than White. Federal Bureau of Narcotics files indicate Jack Ruby was yet another of White’s legion stool pigeons.
I know when you read articles online you think “this is crazy. This Stratton dude is full of crap” but after reading some of those declassified mind control docs it all makes sense.
On the day of our last interview, over lunch at a restaurant in Little Italy, Feldman told me the CIA had contacted him and asked him why he was talking to me.
“F them,” Feldman said. “I do what I want. I never signed any goddamn secrecy agreement.”
I asked him why he decided to talk with me. "There's too much bulls**t in the world," Feldman said. "The world runs on bulls**t.
