Did I ever tell you that I like chocolate?
It doesn’t matter if it is a bar or in swirls fancy,
All I know is that chocolate is fun
And it drives my senses wild
But the reason for liking it best
Is how smooth chocolate feels so delicate.
“How can chocolate be delicate”?
You may ask, as I patiently crave my chocolate.
Because its pleasures are enjoyed best
In a moment with someone I fancy.
Someone with whom I don’t want to be wild,
Sharing the sweetness with someone who is fun.
“Cleaning the droppings stains is no fun”
You may state…Well in eating just be delicate,
Don’t chomp away like an animal from the wild,
When you place your lips around a piece of chocolate
You needn’t wear a bib or try to act too fancy,
Just enjoying the moment is best.
I find those little kisses to be best…
Knowing that they can travel with me is fun…
I can keep them in my purse in places that are fancy.
I have no need to worry that they are delicate
Because, in a private place, I can open my kiss of chocolate
And, if it has softened to goo, well, licking it drives me wild!
I mean this confectionary form of “wild”
Is expressed this way, which is best,
I smile all over to know this kiss of chocolate
As an expression of a life that is fun
And there is no need to be too delicate…
Being casual and open simply suits my fancy.
I mean, I have nothing against fancy…
Even then you can have moments pretty wild,
And when the subject becomes a little delicate,
Which choice do you think would be best…
Sitting with a serious, concerned frown, or having fun
Silently sucking on a little kiss of melting chocolate?
But be careful to understand, bringing me chocolate won’t get me wild.
Whether you give it plain or make it fancy, propriety is always best…
Though, of course, a little chocolate kiss may make me not so delicate…
It doesn’t matter if it is a bar or in swirls fancy,
All I know is that chocolate is fun
