Hopelessness
Bubonic plague, cancer, aids, heart diseases all pale under the shadow of the world’s most devastating disease: hopelessness. Imagine being in a dark dreary tunnel all your life searching for a light to find your way out. A flicker here, a flicker there. Only to have it go out before you could get there. That is the reality of hopelessness, a never-ending journey of despair.
Hopelessness slowly deadens the human spirit. Which then affects both the mental and physical aspects of our lives? As human beings, our role in the scheme of life is to constantly awaken our human spirit so that we can continue to evolve as true human beings. Hopelessness then becomes an almost insurmountable barrier.
Hopelessness affects men, women, and children on all levels of our society the rich, middle class, both upper and lower, and the poor. The most severely affected are the poor who have no support group to help cushion the fall. Hopelessness has no boundaries it is pure false humanity created evil.
Hopelessness is not inherent it is totality false humanity made, conceived by those who grave power and fall prey to total greed. It is a way to keep our minds and spirits enslaved. The few who wish to rule the world need the power of hopelessness to rule by keeping us divided from each other, by race, culture and invisible fences called countries. Those then in power are able to dominate us totality.
The only viable solution is to awaken to our humanity. To come together as one. To cooperate with each other, get rid of greed, power, and elitism, and work toward becoming a human collective.
This will not be easy to do, but if a world of hopelessness can be created, so can an individual collective utopian dream of togetherness. Where we are as one and full of hope for a brighter future.
