Hey!
I think that this board is really about ideas. Lots of stories start out with a concept or a first sentence, and this is the place to help nurture those ideas.
We will continue to come up with creative and intriguing ideas the way we used to, and I am hoping that with some help we will be able to expand on that as well.

Make Me Wanna Read More will be an ongoing exercise in creativity.
Occasionally we will pick the top 4 sentences posted from the most recent posts (so everyone, look for your top 4 as you read!)
Submit your 4 choices to THE BALLOT BOX and make sure you list the author's name. The top 4 will be selected for the exercise.
Once member's have selected the 4, we will pick one "opening sentences" entry to do as a communal write. Anyone can contribute to the writing of the story. We will write it in blocks of no more than 150 words per reply, with maybe a little give to finish the end of a sentence.
The other three selected "opening sentences" will be used as writing prompts of which anyone can write a story based on one of the selected "openings" and post it here for us to read. It ought to be fun to see how differently each author takes his/her story using the same opening lines, especially how it might differ from the what the author intended.
**Credit must be given to the author of the "opening lines."

All sentences posted ought to conform to Jeanne's original 25 word, 2 sentence limit.
Now, we also have a board to submit opening paragraphs which are slightly too long for the sentences (one paragraph guys, no more than 120 words).
